Handheld microphones: Philips SpeechMike options put dictation controls in your hand. Choose wired or wireless hardware to suit your workspace, and confirm supported button functions with VoiceX.
Headsets: A consistent microphone position and hands-free use can suit longer dictation sessions. Consider comfort, connection type and the noise around your workstation.
Desktop microphones: A fixed desk setup keeps the microphone ready at your workstation. Positioning and your surroundings matter, so ask about the right configuration for your room.

PowerMic Mobile: check your plan and platform.
Use a supported Windows workstation, a compatible microphone and a reliable internet connection. Ask VoiceX to check clinical application compatibility and local or virtual deployment requirements. Native Mac access uses the separate Voicepoint Helium application.
PowerMic Mobile pairs a compatible phone with a supported Dragon Medical One workstation. It is included with DMO+, optional for Essentials and not compatible with Helium. It is not a standalone medical dictation app.
Essentials includes 30 days of VoiceX technical support. DMO+ includes assisted setup, personalised training and support throughout the subscription term. Confirm your package inclusions before ordering.
